Refunds & Returns Policy

EU & UK Consumer Rights Notice:
In accordance with EU and UK consumer law, the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to print-on-demand items or to digital products once downloading has begun.

Digital Products (eBooks & Audiobooks)

  • Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.
  • An exchange for a paperback or hardback may be offered at our discretion, provided the digital product has not been downloaded.
  • Audiobooks include a sample preview. Please listen before purchasing.

Duplicate Purchases

  • Refunds are only issued for duplicate items purchased within 48 hours of the original order.
  • Only the duplicate item will be refunded.

Physical Books & Merchandise

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
  • This includes items ordered in error or no longer wanted.

Clothing & Apparel

  • Refunds or returns are not provided for items that do not fit.
  • Sizing information is provided on product pages to help ensure correct selection.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • Refunds or replacements are available for faulty or damaged items only.
  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery (as shown by tracking).
  • Photographic evidence of the fault or damage is required.
  • Where possible, faulty items will be replaced free of charge.
